My work includes a variety of projects and styles of writing. I have written articles, press releases, marketing materials, health guides, a successful grant proposal, an annual report, and more.

Health Promotion

Marketing
As communications manager at the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, I developed pieces promoting the association’s events and services and the benefits of membership.

Consumer Education
The various financial security products available can be overwhelming. In my role as communications specialist with the American Council of Life Insurers, I wrote educational pieces to help consumers understand their options so they can choose which financial products suit their needs.

Periodicals/Newsletters
I served as managing editor of periodicals for the Federal Aviation Administration and for the Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®. The Connections newsletter kept FAA employees informed on what was happening in the agency and required me to collaborate with subject matter experts and make technical content easily understood by a diverse audience.
